Associate LEV Tutor – OXYL8

THE SEARCH FOR ANOTHER UNICORN… We found one before. Now we need another. Demand for OXYL8 training continues to grow and we’ve reached the rather nice position where the time is right to expand our tutoring team. So, we’re looking for another ‘Unicorn’. Our tutors typically work with us on an associate basis for an agreed number of training days each year, often alongside running their own consultancy or business. Technical credibility is obviously essential, so we are looking for someone who is CoC (Control), or working towards CoC (Control), or who holds CertOH with LFOH. But qualifications are only part of it. The person we’re looking for must genuinely enjoy teaching and interacting with people. They should be able to take difficult concepts and explain them in simple terms. They should also orchestrate delegate participation and discussion and, importantly, make the training experience something enjoyable. The work is interesting and quite varied. OXYL8 Tutors benefit from excellent admin support and training resources. We pride ourselves on our class-leading, professionally developed course materials. For this opportunity we offer a very competitive Associate Tutor rate that reflects your qualifications and experience. You don’t necessarily need to be an experienced tutor already. Guidance, training and the opportunity to shadow our existing tutors will be provided. If you have the technical expertise, enjoy explaining things and have the personality and communication skills to engage a room, we can help with the rest. If you think you might be our next Unicorn — or know somebody who could be — we’d love to hear from you. Want to know a little more? You’re very welcome to have an informal and confidential chat with: Dan Colledge – Training Director | 07564 640972 Bill Cassells – Commercial Director | 07970 754632 Interested? As a first step, simply email admin@oxyl8.com telling us a little about yourself and your LEV/Occupational Hygiene experience. If you have a CV, send that along too and we’ll arrange an informal conversation.
